While I have not always been a proficient writer, I have always enjoyed it.  Even after being labeled as someone who would never be able to fully comprehend writings, I completed a 60 page novella in the 7th grade.  Thanks to the wonders of technology and the ineptitude of youth, I lost it when I formatted my hard drive.  I didn’t think of it as much of a loss, however.  It was just a crappy story after all was said and done.

Nowadays, after graduating college with an English degree and making my living as a web developer, I find my writing to be a relaxing outlet for my creativity.  Sometimes the writing is sub-par, sometimes it is fantastic but it is a release nonetheless.  I will only put writings up here that I consider “ready for heavy editing.”  So if it sucks, comment and let me know why.  I have fairly thick skin, but make sure that it is as constructive as possible.  What is criticism if it can’t be used for improvement?
