This story was originally written with a 300 word limit for my first creative writing class. I based it off of an opening line I had created earlier in the class. It was originally written in classing present tense without any interaction with his love. It was a story with internal struggle. I chose to re-write it later and place it in present tense and expand it a bit. It lost a lot of its original glory through the transition and I would like to take the time to revise it in the future. It is a very immature piece in terms of my writing development and I display it for the simple fact that I need to remember to re-do it!
